Jessie Siriwardana, Paralegal

While Jessie completes her Bachelor of Law degree, she assists our legal team across our divisions covering Business, Dispute Resolution, Wills and Estates and Property.

Jessie held various positions in the past eight years before embarking on her formal legal studies.

She secured a role at the beginning of 2021 with a law firm and during that time provided support for their clients across a range of property and real estate matters. Jessie’s enthusiasm, efficiency and attention to detail makes her a valuable member of our legal team.

An invaluable legal support

Jessie joined Burke Lawyers after working first as an administrative assistant and then as a paralegal at a property law firm in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. During her two and half years at the previous law firm Jessie sharpened her legal research skills, assisted in preparing contracts of sale and extensive transcriptions and minutes for critical file notes.  Her property experience afforded her extensive use of PEXA, DocuSign and InfoTrack. Jessie also provided legal support for presentations for Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
