Mandatory e-conveyancing from 1 October 2018

In our earlier post in May 2018, we summarised the proposed timetable for phasing out of paper transactions.

 

We have now reached 1 October 2018 and e-conveyancing is mandatory for almost all Land Registry transactions. From today's date, the Land Registry will only accept paper lodgement of a very limited set of transactions.

 

Burke & Associates have been ahead of the game for some time and have conducted hundreds of e-conveyancing transactions over the past two years. We have the expertise to handle any e-conveyancing transaction and we are pleased to announce that Wendy Toura is now a PEXpert (PEXA Expert) having successfully completed a high level training program for those who regularly use PEXA.
