I’ve been a client of your firm a few times in the last year or so most recently with Sandra Le handling a fairly difficult property purchase for me.

I just wanted to congratulate you on your excellent staff.  Emma Dickens was excellent in handling a straight conveyance for me earlier in the year.  But I particularly wanted to say Sandra was brilliant.  I couldn’t be more praiseworthy of her and her work.  People will always complain when they’re not happy – but they don’t always take the time to acknowledge great work and so I wanted to make sure Sandra gets the credit she deserves.  She was excellent.  I also referred a couple of people to the firm and they also had particularly high praise for the firm and the quality of service.

So well done to you and your team there – particularly Emma and definitely Sandra who is a very impressive lawyer!
